The Beaver Creek Wine & Spirits Festival, Colorado

There is a wine festival in almost every nook and corner of the US but this one in Colorado is definitely the best. There are educational seminars, wine tastings, cooking classes and even a “walk and wine” hike through the rugged mountains. Spoleto Festival, Charleston

The festival was founded in 1977 and is held every year in this small town in South Carolina. The festival is held every year from end May to early June. The festival has become very popular as it showcases the very best in performing arts every year In each day of the festival one can also view dazzling performances of jazz, theatre, orchestra and dance in the performance halls and parks of the town.

Great American Beer Festival, Denver

If you love craft beer then you simply cannot miss this festival. It is held every year in the month of September/October and it brings together more than 500 brewers across the country. More than 2200 varieties of beer are served over 3 days including fun events such as beer competition and public tasting. It is easily the largest event of its kind in the world.

Cheyenne Frontier Days, Wyoming

It is the largest and oldest rodeo in the US. The event is held in each July and managed to bring out the cowboy streak in almost everyone. This is a nine day festival which has events like parades, art shows, heritage exhibits and pancake breakfasts. The festival is famous for its rodeo events which comprise of barrel racing, bull-riding and roping.

Burning Man Festival, Nevada

This is a slightly different festival and is held every year at Black Rock. Every August, a temporary self-sufficient desert springs into life and the attendees bring everything with them for a complete week. They take everything with them.

Lollapalooza, Chicago

Every year we get to see hundreds of musical festivals being held in various parts of the country.
